Who I am?

I am the captain of my ship, I navigate in this life with tenderness and courage and through that I am a lighthouse for others.

What do I do?
I guide life-travelers to get to know their ship, feeling their confidence and direction through practicing yoga, intuitive movement, touch, imagination and sound. So that they feel (again) the anker in themself.

Who I serve?
Human beings that wish to feel home in their life and want to navigate from a place of being ankered inside.

My Background

Already as a child, I loved to move. In my teenage years, I discovered dance and yoga as a manner to experience life beyond thinking. I was fascinated. During my study of cultural and creative education, it came to my mind that my mission is to support humans -including myself- to feel home in their bodies.

After several work experiences, travels, and two kids further, I decided to follow the yoga teacher training at the Yoga School Ron van der Post in Nijmegen (The Netherlands). A life-changing experience that makes me realize that life is so much more than what I sometimes think it is. And that I can cultivate a life that I love to live and that is meaningful to me and others.

Beside the daily yogapractice, my kids are teaching me a lot about being alive and it is an ongoing journey to investigate myself in relationship.
